Payment Information
We accept the following credit cards for online purchases - American Express, MasterCard and Visa. The total dollar amount of your order is allocated at the time your card is approved, although payment (transfer of funds) does not occur until the order ships.
Shipping
Orders typically are shipped within 3 business days after order is placed. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight and value based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Standard Delivery
We offer complimentary FedEx Saver (3-day service) on orders over $200 in the United States.
Expedited Shipping
Should you require expedited shipping in the form of guaranteed Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air you will be given the option of making these selections on our check-out page. Please note expedited shipping orders placed after 2:00pm (PT), on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day.
International Shipping
We offer International Economy shipping at $50 and International Expedite shipping $100. Customers are responsible for taxes and duties from the destination country's customs. Please contact info@bijouxnum.com for other inquiries.
